Taxi Izgi – Airport Taxi & Transfer Service
At Taxi Izgi, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent airport taxi and transfer service. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which bookings can be canceled or refunded.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued for eligible cancellations according to this policy. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
4. Service Delays & Force Majeure
Taxi Izgi shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, traffic disruptions, accidents, or governmental restrictions.
5. Cancellation by Taxi Izgi
In rare cases where Taxi Izgi must cancel a booking due to operational reasons, the customer will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule the transfer at no additional cost.
